Participation in the DeBordieu Rental program means you have an onsite partner to assist you in the management of your property and your rentals.  No party outside our community has the same level of cooperation and communication with the DCCA or the Club.  That relationship is only going to grow stronger as we strengthen our ties and take advantage of the synergy from our collaboration.

Beyond the big picture, we can service your guest unlike any other company.  For instance, our guests have free access and discounted services at HealthPoint.  Free to the guests but funded by our rental office.  There is also grocery shopping and delivery by Piggly Wiggly.  An idea first proposed by this office.  Further amenities include a licensed physician who will make house calls 24 hour a day.  Your guests would also have the opportunity to pay the Tournament Players Club for just $75 a round, normally priced at $185.  With our recent sponsorship of the DeBordieu Sea Turtle Program, your guest will receive invitations to participate in the Sea Turtle inventories and have the opportunity to learn more about these majestic creators of the sea.  We are crafting lifelong memories, family togetherness and once in a lifetime experiences that create loyal, satisfied, repeat guests.

Then there is the cost savings.  Instead of charging you every time someone goes to your home, we have a fulltime maintenance staff that will do many services that you are currently paying for piecemeal.  Our maintenance staff changes light bulbs, batteries and air filters for free.  That includes parts and labor.  Our maintenance people will trouble shoot every service call to determine to necessity of an outside vendor and which vendor best fits the need.  In many cases, maintenance can resolve the issue without further expense.

Our staff can change flappers, rebuild toilets and do other light plumbing and electrical work.  Your only expense is the parts.  Think how much this simple feature will save you throughout the year.  They will also do winterizing and limited hurricane preparation.

Before every rental, your home is inspected three times; once by the housekeeper, once by the inspectors and once by maintenance.  During the maintenance inspection, our staff completes a twenty-nine point inspection of your property.  This is on every rental.  This inspection process has almost completely eliminated complaints from our guests and our owners.
