Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8-9 AM  High Impact Aerobics                                                                                                                    This class is always different. We do circuit training, walking/jogging outside, toning exercises, body weight exercises, core work etc.  Higher impact aerobics using dumbbells, weighted bars, stability balls and resistance bands.  If you are interested in learning more about “Fitness at the Dieu” please contact Boo Peace at 843 325 6066.
